Lancaster is finding good use for their new Falcon Asphalt Recycler they purchased from our Harrisburg Office.

Prior to use, City workers filled the unit with asphalt "Cookies".  Cookies are either older pavement or new, uncompacted asphalt left over from a previous job, tailgated out and then broken up into manageable sized chunks.

The Falcon unit is set up to automatically turn on it's burners about 8 hours prior to the jobs starting time to begin heating and turning what used to be waste into good usable hot patch material.

Asphalt millings can also be processed through the machine, and a rejuvenater material can be sprayed on if the millings or old asphalt require it.

Lancasters 2 Ton Falcon also features a dumping option allowing the operator to tilt the hopper to move material back to the access door.

Lancaster also outfitted the machine with a heated rejuvenator tank and hose reel since they plan on recycling alot of previously "wasted" material through the machine.

For more information or an Demo of the Falcon unit, please contact your Territory Manager or our nearest office.
